Job Responsibilities:
Manage the assignments of hourly production personnel
Support overall management in pre-production, production, production support, and shipping/receiving activities.
Track and optimize productivity to achieve production goals.
Review all work to assure quality meets customer requirements.
Promote and ensure OSHA compliance.
Maintain accurate attendance records.
Provide recommendation on staffing requirements and selection of departmental personnel.
Responsible for the training and development of all departmental employees.
Assist Director of Operations with the creation and maintenance of SOP’s and KPI
Timely conflict resolution
Report issues regarding production, quality, maintenance, or personnel problems to the Director of Operations.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (ink screen press experience is desirable)
1 year in Supervisory or Leadership capacity
Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory planning, and employee management
Knowledge of process improvement, SOPs, KPIs, and production reporting
Excellent communication skills
Self motivated
Must summit to, and pass, background check and drug screening
