Current opening for an administrative assistant to support our executives and business manager in the general operation of our business. The most successful candidates have prior experience in office administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Create meeting agendas, notifications, and follow up items.
Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Composes correspondence, drafts new contracts, and updates existing contracts.
Receives incoming product and verifies accuracy of shipments to receiving documents
Create or update records with new files and information
Conducts monthly inventory/audits and document audits
Maintain the security of confidential information
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent reading and comprehension skills.
Proficient ability to detect errors and must be a team player.
QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required.
***Must be legally able to handle firearms.***
Prior experience in the military or law enforcement preferred but not required
M-F 9am-5pm (some limited flexibility)
$35-$40K/year depending on experience
