Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners
Hosting events & classes
Attend networking events
Attend open houses
Run marketing events, mailers, etc.
Attend/run agent happy hours
Realtor conferences + organizations

Qualifications
Awareness of current sales process and how to enter information into client databases
Must have reliable transportation to attend client meetings
Relative experience in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar role of at least 1 year
Demonstrated strength in the areas of time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Base Schedule:

M-F 8a-5p, evenings and some weekends as needed to attend networking functions

Compensation:

$45-$60K base salary plus generous commission, anticipated 1st year $80-$100K
