Position/Title:
Construction Project Manager
Employment Description:
Oversee larger repair projects for both residential and commercial properties. This will include handling project execution from the beginning of the project until the end, once a scope of work has been agreed upon with the homeowner.

Performance Expectations:
-Manage the project budget successfully within profitability parameters.
-Responsible for recruiting new subcontractors and managing them while working on different projects.
-Assist in emergency response during periods of peak demand.
-Communicate with mitigation, repair team, and homeowners
-Proficient with project management software, and demonstrate aptitude for learning new programs
-Administrative responsibilities for project timeline
-Manage job site safety
-Function as a team player, demonstrating professionalism
-Attend training seminars and/or industry tradeshows
-Valid Driver’s license and clean MVR
-Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
-Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Base Schedule:
M-F 8a-5p with limited afterhours work for emergencies and events
Compensation:
Base salary plus profitability bonuses for each project $55k-$85K first year depending on experience
