Answer Incoming Calls
Update contact information for clients
Take cash and electronic payments and send receipts
Contact clients whose policies have lapsed
Welcome prospective clients and gather information for insurance quotes
Sales of insurance products
Schedule appointments for Agent in MS Outlook
Complete CRM activities as assigned
Follow proper guidelines for customer calls
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Producers License PREFERRED
If no current license, MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN TENNESSEE INSURANCE PRODUCERS LICENSE within 90 days of employment
Dependability and consistency in work habits/attendance
Basic clerical and customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate
Base Schedule:
M-F, 9-2 or 9-3, 20-25 hours/week
Compensation:
$14-16/hr, depending on licensure and experience
