The ideal candidate with have experience
-Managing payroll and benefits using ADP
-Writing and updating job descriptions
-Assisting department managers with recruiting and retaining staff
-On boarding new employees
-Company policy and security training
-Maintaining employee files
-Recording minutes for board and executive committee meetings
-Preparing reports from the board and executive committee meetings
-Managing stock transfers and records
-General HR duties
-General office duties
-Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
-High School Diploma/GED
-2-5 years experience in Human Resources Management
-1-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
-Computer literacy
-Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Willing to submit to criminal and credit background checks
-Willing to submit to drug testing

Base Schedule:

M-F 8am-5pm


$70-$80K annually depending on experience
