Local restoration company is looking for an experienced travel project manager to oversee large loss restoration projects. Travel is required 50% or more of the time.

Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates
Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects
Coordinate and oversee crews and subcontractors
Manage expenses
Manage equipment and materials
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
IICRC Certifications are REQUIRED
Mitigation/restoration/cleaning experience preferred
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted, 100 pounds assisted
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screening
Base Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00, after hours and weekends as needed
Compensation:
$60-90K, plus commission
