Growing sales team is looking for a dynamic relationship builder with a customer centered focus. The successful candidate will value people and work to find effective ways to meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
--Build relationships within the business and local community through networking
--Follow up on referrals and leads to generate new business
--Involvement in local networking and civic groups such as Chamber, BNI, Rotary, or others
--Prepare and present new client quotes, coverage, and billing
--Prepare and present existing client re-quotes on current or new products
--Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely efficient manner
--Identify and meet with centers of influence
--Plan events for networking and business partners
--Work cancelation and requote lists to capture clients

Requirements:
--High School diploma or GED, college degree preferred
--TN Insurance producers license or willingness to obtain prior to starting work
--Previous verifiable sales experience
--Dependable, with consistent follow through
--Technology savvy
--Excellent communication skills in all forms
--Ability to meet deadlines and quotas

Base Schedule:

M-F 8a-5p, with some afterhours flexibility for networking and meeting client needs

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission, with anticipated first year of $60-70K
