The role of Administrative Manager will be to provide leadership to the administrative team ensuring efficiency of office processes, equal distribution of work, facilitation of office communications, and will be directly responsible for the overall functionality of the behind-the-scenes business.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
• Provide strong leadership to the administrative team, helping them grow and perform to their best ability
• On-boarding and training personnel
• Allocating responsibilities and office space
• Assessing staff performance, providing coaching, and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Manage and maintain a database of all necessary registration/licenses and complete paperwork to ensure timely renewal without lapse
• Review expense reports, audit credit card statements, and process expense reimbursements
• Review office processes for efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Review payable invoices for accuracy reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate people for correction
• Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain functionality of the office
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Demonstrate dependability and commitment to all job functions
• Previous administrative team leadership and management experience required (2+years)
• Verifiable, consistent work history in same or similar role
• High school diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred
• Develop strong working relationships with all internal teams
• Must be willing to submit to and pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)




Base Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Closed on major holidays

Compensation:

Starting salary $60,000
