Position/Title:
Executive Assistant to the Medical Director

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Medical Director, a leading specialist in mental health. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the doctor can focus on patient care and clinical responsibilities. This role requires a dedicated professional who excels in communication, organization, and discretion.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Serve as front desk check in/out for the Medical Director's patients
• Create spreadsheets and reports
• Calculate monthly patient visit data
• Send out provider contracts
• Update bio/photo for new and existing providers for the website
• Verify that providers have their provider numbers and contact information
updated with insurance carriers
• Manage the medical director's messages: email, phone, EMR, etc.
• Schedule meetings for Medical Director with other providers and staff as
needed
• Other projects and assignments as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma, with high level degree preferred
• 1-3 year’s of experience as an executive assistant and previous experience as
medical receptionist
• Exercises initiative and follow up with each assignment meeting all deadlines
• Organized and efficient with ability to prioritize workload
• Detail oriented ensuring that work is accurate
• Ability to effectively communicate with providers and other team members
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel) , Google Platform, and EMRs
Base Schedule:
M-F 8:30am-5pm, closed weekends and 6 major holidays
This is an in person/in office position
Compensation:
$30-$40/hour
