Requirements:
High School graduate or GED
Willingness and ability to obtain/maintain Tennessee Insurance Producers License
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organized approach to work and consistent follow through
Customer focused mindset that is win-win for the company and client
Prior sales experience 1-3 years (hospitality, catering, rental services, insurance, office services)

Responsibilities:
Call warm leads and referral clients, generate quotes based on needs
Manage existing clients and perform account reviews, policy reviews, and enter updates
Cross sell products to ensure client's assets are protected properly
Attend networking events on occasion
Assist with developing processes to improve office efficiency
General office duties
Other tasks/projects as assigned
