WFS 2-007. Advanex USA Security Badge Fee Policy
Purpose
To establish company policy and outline withholdings in compliance with Advanex USA Badge assignment and
associated fees.
Policy
Workforce Strategies, LLC employees who are assigned to a 90-day term at Advanex USA will be issued a security badge by Advanex USA on their first day of work.
This badge will allow secure entry and exit from the Advanex USA facility.
Each employee will be charged $25 for the badge, the fee will be withheld from the first WFS paycheck.
If employment is terminated for any reason, including voluntary quit, the Workforce Strategies, LLC employee is
required to turn in their badge prior to leaving the Advanex USA facility for the final shift.

Receipts
It is the responsibility of the employee to obtain, from Advanex USA, a signed receipt for turning in the badge. No
refunds of badge fees will be issued without a receipt for turning in the badge, or confirmation of roll over.
Refunds
1. When the Workforce Strategies, LLC employee completes their 90-day term and rolls over to Advanex USA the
fee will be refunded on their final WFS paycheck.
2. Any employee whose employment ends prior to rollover, that turns in their badge and has a receipt, will receive
a refund of the fee on their final paycheck from Workforce Strategies, LLC.
3. Any employee whose employment ends prior to roll over, that does NOT turn their badge in or have a signed
receipt, will NOT receive a refund of the badge fee. The fee will be paid to Advanex USA to replace the
unreturned badge.
