Account Manager-Insurance Industry

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Hold a current Texas Insurance Producers License (or obtain within 60 days)
Prior experience as an Account Manager to high net-worth clientele-2-5 years
Strong Organizational Skills
Exceptional communication and follow up skills
Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
Hawksoft experience-preferred
High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelors preferred

Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, provide expert guidance and support.
Manage client account, develop relationships, and deliver consistent serve through timely communication.
Ensure compliance, timely renewals, policy reviews, endorsements, and updates as needed.
Provide consultative selling of additional products to protect the client's assets.
Clearly articulate complex insurance concepts in a way the client can understand.
Work closely with the agency team to ensure a seamless experience for the client.

Base Schedule:

M-F 8a-5p
This position is remote; however, it will require the employee to be at their desk during working hours with the exception of scheduled breaks.

Compensation:

$58,000-65,000 annual pay plus bonuses.
