Growing insurance office is adding a Customer Service Representative to their team. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people, building relationships, and have an organized approach to their work.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
--General clerical duties: answer phones, emails, scheduling appointments, filing, etc.
--Data entry: update existing client information, and enter prospective client information
--Answer questions for clients regarding claims, policies, payments, and general office operations
--Perform client retention activities
--Assist with planning client events
--Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
--High School Diploma or GED
--Must be willing to obtain a TN Insurance Producers License within 2 months of hiring
--Proficient in Word and Excel
--Experience with CRMs
--Dependable and reliable with a stable work history
Base Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 9:00-5:00 (Hours may vary based on office needs)
Compensation:
$45-60K, DOE
