Growing insurance office in Hendersonville, TN needs a detail conscience, customer friendly, part time CSR for their team.

Job Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assist new and existing customers with questions, claims, and payments
*Provide high level of customer service to customers and guests
*Enter client data, make updates to policies, ensure accuracy of information
*Prepare reports and contact clients that need follow up
*General office duties
*Represent the office at networking functions as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
*High School Diploma or GED
*Current Property and Casualty Insurance Producers License PREFERRED
*If no current license, must be willing to obtain within 90 days of employment
*Dependability and consistency in work habits/attendance
*Computer literate
Base Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-4:30pm, IN OFFICE
Potential to become full time
Compensation:
$18/hour without current license, raise to $20/hour after completion of insurance course and passing exam
Benefits:
Paid insurance training course and exam, if needed
