Serve as a primary technical contact for customers and distributors worldwide.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and process challenges involving composite materials and related applications.
• Provide technical recommendations, training, and hands-on support at customer facilities.
• Support product implementation and qualification activities.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes using employer products.
• Support applications including:
o Vacuum bagging
o Prepreg/autoclave processing
o Resin infusion
o Wet lay-up
o Tooling systems
o Large Scale Additive Manufacturing (LSAM)
• Evaluate customer processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and product performance.
• Conduct laboratory and field testing to validate material performance.
• Evaluate new products, product improvements, and customer-specific solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales teams on product development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering,
or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in composite materials, process engineering, or technical service/support in a
manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with composite processing techniques, vacuum bagging, autoclave curing, and/or
additive manufacturing.
