WFS 2-005B. Dress Code for Employees Assigned to Kirby

Purpose

To establish company policy as ti pertains to employees assigned to Kirby Building Systems. Outline policy and procedure for appropriate work attire.

Policy

Workforce Strategies, LLC strives to provide a safe, productive, drug free workplace for our employees and our

clients. It is the policy of this company that all employees will be dressed appropriately for the assigned work

location to ensure that clothing does not interfere with productivity, safety, and is appropriately professional.

Procedure

1. All attire should be clean and free of any inappropriate slogan or pictures (alcohol names or advertisement, sexual content, political or racially inflammatory images)

2. Pants: Full length pants are required and should be clean and tree oftears, rips or holes.

3. Shorts: are PROHIBITED while working at Kirby Building Systems.

4. Shirts: must be clean and free oftears, rips or holes. All shirts must have sleeves. No tank tops or muscle shirts. Shirts must cover the mid section and meet the waist band of the pants, no bare mid drifts.

5. Hats: Hard hats are required and will be provided at the job site.

6. Shoes: close toed/heel shoes with non-skid soles and must be steel toed with metatarsal guards. Safety boots are required at all times. Must be clean and in good condition.

7. Contact lenses are not permitted for any member of the production staff. (operators, welders, fitters, painters, etc.)
